  • Additional item number fields: UPC, OEM, and unlimited vendor assigned numbers
  • Alternate inventory item number: discontinued or alternative product item numbers
  • Backorder management: View of rush or non-rush back orders by item. Rush backorders - allows you to select one or all items for the creation of a purchase order
  • Bin location: Prints on picking ticket
  • Browsing: Options include by: description, class, and item number
  • Catalog: Complete with a cross-reference table
  • Class: Class and sub-class codes for easier look-up of items
  • Commissions: Calculated by item. May also be calculated by invoice total
  • Conversions: Multiple units of measure/conversion factors capability
  • Cost: Four (4) costing fields: average cost, standard cost, current cost, and last cost

    In setting up kits, several options are available including:

    1. Component allocation: Pull components out of existing inventory items
    2. Invoice display: Display all components, Kit item only, or a selected number of components
    3. Cost of kit flexibility: Multiple kits classifications and/or formats are available
    4. Un-allocation of component items option: For pre-built kits
    5. Kit availability query: Can go to the Kit item in the inventory record to determine how many kits can be built based on the quantity availability of the sum of the component items needed for that kit
    6. Group kits: "G" Kits pull the items together at time of POS, "K" Kits allow you to pick and build the kits prior to selling the kit item at POS

  • Labels: Can be run for a range of items with multiple options
  • Minimum-maximum ordering calculation: You can have the system calculate "suggested" orders for each item
  • Multiple locations: Can access records across multiple stores
  • Notes: There are areas available for entering free-form notes
  • Order guide calculation: For each item based on a sophisticated calculation that involves sales history and/or parameters, such as: lead time, safety stock, and shelf supply
  • Price breaks: Vendor and customer price break tables available
  • Pricing: Eleven (11) standard pricing fields per item number
  • Price change/updates: Flexible and global price change utility that lets you change any number of price fields of any number of inventory items

  • Popularity codes: This function allows you to rank your inventory by units sold or by dollars sold within Product Line, classes or other combinations
  • Purchase orders: From the inventory record screen, you can see the PO's that relate to the item that you are currently viewing

  • Quantity fields: Eight (8) fields are maintained: CBO (customer back order), DEFQTY (defective quantities), ONORD (amount in purchase order(s) that has not been received), QAVL (quantity available to sell), QOH (quantity on hand), RESV (those units on customer orders that aren't invoiced), VBO (Vendor Back Orders), COREQTY (dirty core quantities)
  • Sales history: Screen displays sales history by period, by year, and by week
  • Serial # tracking: At point of sale or receiving end
  • Shelf management: Ability to have an audit trail when making changes to inventory quantity-on-hands
  • Sort: Multiple sort methods
  • Stock return: For returns to vendors
  • Tax codes: Multiple options available
  • Vendor price and item imports from vendor's electronic media: Allows you to update your inventory with new vendor pricing or inventory information
  • Volume: Information from this field for each item is tracked
  • Weight: Information from this field for each item can print on packing slips. This will round to 4 decimals on PO's and Invoices (xx.xxxx)
