Gold-Fax
- Send faxes or email from Accounts Receivable, Quotes, and
Reports directly from ProTrac. Eliminate costly waiting
by a fax machine or depending on software that is not resident
on the server. |

Systems – For 20 years IS has
provided bar coding hardware and software to wholesale
distributors. They have created the software for our Hand
Held Units. They are continuing to expand our bar code
offering to handle more Warehouse Functions. |

Hand
Held – Remote Order Entry for tracking consignment or going
on site and scanning a customer’s bins so that your company can
refill those bins, is easy with the "Hand Held" Bar Code
Scanner. Orders can be sent via a Cell Phone which is part of
the hand held unit. |

FormTrap - Electronically send your own custom forms including
Invoices, Quotes, Bill of Lading, Over Seas Shipping forms. All
done directly from ProTrac. Using FormTrap we can quickly design
professional custom forms. You save because your forms, with
your logo, are being printed on normal white paper. |

Websitepipeline
– Creating Web Sites was taking our designers and programmers
away from Wholesale Distribution. We chose to use Websitepipeline
because they can custom tailor a site that includes a catalog and Order
Entry. The data for the catalog is sent from ProTrac to the Website.
Orders can be sent directly from the Shopping Cart. You may already have a web site with a store front and that store front creates and sends an email to you. You have to then key the order into your systems. Give us a call and we will work with you and your web site host to develop a path for your orders to come into ProTrac. |
