Batch Fax Invoices and Statements |
| Each time you stuff an Invoice into an
envelope you add another .83 cents to the cost of that order. This includes postage, Invoice form, and clerical time to stuff and mail
the envelope. The invoice will
arrive sometime in the next 3-4 days, which increases your average days
to pay by 3-4 days.
With Batch Faxing the Invoice is delivered the day of the invoice was
created. ProTrac and Gold Fax
keep a record of the fax and when it was received. |
