When the Order is taken: A Picking Ticket is used to fill the order. When complete, the SR or clerk would display all open orders, select the order just completed and create an invoice. (See Pro-Search, next page) Once selected and displayed the order is electronically turned into an invoice which is ready for the driver.

Charge Customer waiting: Customers who are working with your SR on the production floor can leave with their Cut Flowers and a printed invoice created by the Sales Representative

Credit Card Sale: The SR would give the customer the filled Pick Ticket and send them to the Counter for payment. The counter would pull up the order in Pro-Search and invoice the order. If the customer wants Floral Supplies the counter can add floral supplies and then complete the invoice.
